Hi! My name is Teresa and I run @magicshop__twt! I opened this shop on July 20, 2017 because I noticed that i-army were being charged a lot for products that I could get here way cheaper. I hope that I've been able to help out a lot of people in this time! Q: How does this work?
A: ALL ORDERS that are currently open will be on Instagram @magicshop__twt. If it’s not there, it’s not available!!1. Requests: I usually have request orders which means you send me links or store info of anything available in Korea and I buy it for you. You must provide links or offline store information, I do not search for you.2. Proxy: For proxy orders, I use Bunjang (secondhand market place in Korea) to find anything from resellers. In this method, I can search for you. I just need product info and a price range. Alternatively, you can send me links that you find for a lower fee.3. Stock sales: Whatever I have on hand will be posted on my Instagram @magicshop__twt with details under the post. I don't keep things in stock, as I mainly buy as things are ordered. However, occasionally I have extra photo cards from my collection or have to buy extra things for orders. Then I will post them for sale there.More details will always be available on each form. I open orders for specific BTS merch drops occasionally as well.Q: Is the request or proxy form open?
A: Check Instagram @magicshop__twt! The pinned posts will have the info. If forms are closed, my display name will say so.Q: Can you get me ...?
A: Check the request form if it’s open! If it fits the requirements, just fill out the form, you don’t have to talk to me first :) it’s not limited to only BTS merch but anything sold in Korea!Q: Do you have warehouse services?
A: No. I do not hold items but you can request items from different places through me or combine orders and I can ship them together. I will not keep things for more than 2 weeks.Q: How much is shipping to my country?
A: There’s no way to know the shipping unless I pack the item! I don’t do estimates. For the base amount check here: korea post (for info -> english -> international mail). Korea Post is currently charging an extra fee for the volume of the package as well.Q: How can I pay?
A: I accept PayPal.Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! I use Korea Post.Q: Where can I track it?

A: After payment goes through, I usually ship once a week.
